When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We will deliver your order as soon as possible and with a minimum of fuss and hassle. Whilst many orders are delivered the following working day, our normal terms are to deliver within 5 working days. Should we be unable to do this following you placing an order, we will contact you the next working day to advise you of revised delivery times and ensure this meets with your approval.
Postage and packaging is a flat rate of £5.50. Orders to the value of £200 or over qualify for free postage and packaging.

You have 24 hours to cancel your impending order. However, as we strive to process your order without delay, if payment has been made and your invoice issued it may not be possible to cancel your order, although it may still be possible to return your order.
Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange
if they are returned to ourselves within 7 days of receipt. Subject to the

- Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
- Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
- We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you.
- All returns are to be accompanied by the sender's name and address, order
reference number and reason for return. Please help us to help you.
- We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are not delivered
to us. Please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the
event of a claim with your carrier.
- JHS Racing Ltd are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.
Please advise our Company of any problems with shortages or carrier damage
within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to
circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.
